PD1 expressed on 25% of CD4+ cells but only 4% of CD4+ cells expressed both PD1 and ICOS in LN section of 6 CLL patients
Significantly higher commonality in TCR CDR3 clonotypes between two matching LN samples then between any LN and its matching PB sample
6 persistent TCR CDR3 clonotypes present in all 4 LN but not in PB in samples collected from same individual one month apart
