Engraftment occurred in 100% for neutrophils and 93% for platelets; neutrophil recovery on day 23 (range, 13-40) and platelet recovery on day 28 (range, 17-49). 100% had full donor chimerism by day +30.
Implications:
- Haplo-BMT following MAC regimen feasible treatment in pediatric and adult patients.
